The position supports Brokers in the administration and servicing of Management Liability and various Professional liability lines of coverage including but not limited to D&O, EPL, FIDUCIARY, E&O, Lawyers Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Real Estate E&O, Media Liability Cyber, Tech E&O and Crime.
This position does require an insurance license and supervision of others on the broker’s team.
RESPONSIBILITIES – will include but may not be limited to:
Clear understanding of applicable coverage
Process cancellation notices and ensure they are sent out
Take a leadership role on the assigned team
Supervise and answer questions for others on the team
Marketing of new business and renewals
Provide quotes without review
Communicate regularly with insureds, underwriters and retail brokers
Attend and participate in client meetings
Build and maintain relationships with retail brokers
Manage/oversee the processing and follow up of SLA documents
Delegate service requests and policy checking
Manage/oversee renewal process
Rating and inspection review
Manage/oversee the sending of audit letters, suspense for follow-up
Ensure cancellation notices are forwarded to retail brokers
Exercise appropriate discretion
Special projects as may become necessary
Travel as necessary

College degree preferred
Must have excellent typing skills
